The Vineyard

Our ranch and vineyard is located in the Chalk Mountain region of Texas. We chose to plant in the rocky portion of our ranchland to emulate the terroir of Italy. The characteristics of our high mineral content soils bring out unique, old world attributes in our wine.

Our grape varietals include: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Tempranillo, and Pinot Grigio. These varietals are typically grown on the hillsides of Italy, Spain, and Argentina which mirror our environment here in the Central Texas Hill Country.
